Our rules for client stories

  • We publish a quote exactly as the client gave it, without rewriting.
  • We show a name, role and company only with written permission, recorded per publication.
  • We verify the figures in a case study inside the account before publishing them.
  • A client can withdraw permission at any time; we then take the story off the site.

Answers before you decide

What does outsourcing social media cost?
At SocialMediaGroei.nl outsourcing your social media starts at € 349 per month with Zichtbaar, aimed at freelancers and local businesses. Groei is € 599 per month and is the package most companies choose; Impact is € 899 per month for businesses that use social media to win new customers. For several brands or locations we put together a tailored retainer with Agency+, from € 1,250. All amounts exclude VAT and advertising budget.
How quickly will I see results?
In the first month we set up the strategy, your profiles and the content calendar. From month two, reach and engagement usually grow visibly. Enquiries and leads tend to follow after three months of consistent publishing, and sooner when advertising runs alongside it.
Do I stay the owner of my social media accounts?
Yes, always. We work with administrator rights or a connected publishing tool. Your accounts, passwords and ad accounts remain entirely yours, including when you end the collaboration.
Do I have to approve content in advance?
You may, and it is the default. In your client portal you see every post beforehand with its image, text and hashtags. You approve it or request a change. If you would rather only approve the monthly calendar, we arrange it that way.
Can I cancel monthly?
Every subscription has a minimum term of three months, so the strategy gets time to work. After that you can cancel monthly with one month's notice. If you pay annually, the subscription runs for twelve months and you pay for eleven.
Do you use AI-generated content?
We use AI internally to work faster, for example for topic ideas and first drafts. All content is written or checked by a person, matched to your brand and only published after your approval. Strategy and quality stay a human responsibility.
What is the difference between the packages?
Zichtbaar focuses on professional visibility on up to two platforms with eight content items per month. Groei adds a third platform, more video, replying to comments and a monthly strategy call. Impact goes to four platforms with sixteen content items, active community monitoring, DM triage and a basic lead generation strategy. Advertising management is booked separately alongside any package.
Do I pay the advertising budget to you or directly?
Directly to the platform, from your own ad account. We manage the campaigns while you keep full control of the budget and receive the invoices from Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok yourself. There are no hidden advertising costs.
