What is a content item?
A content item is one original content concept. We adapt your content smartly per platform. One campaign concept can be published as an Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn version, without you paying for three entirely new campaigns.
How do we make Reels?
Reels within our subscriptions are made from footage you supply, existing assets, stock material or content we produce and edit digitally. Professional photo and video shoots on location are available separately as a one-off production.

Advertising runs alongside your subscription
Advertising management is not part of Zichtbaar, Groei or Impact. That way you only pay for campaigns when you actually advertise.

With annual payment we invoice eleven months instead of twelve. The subscription then runs for 12 months. The amounts above are based on the current introductory price.

Questions about pricing, scope and terms
What is included in managed social media?
We take over the full execution: content strategy, copywriting, design, the content calendar, scheduling, publishing, monitoring comments and monthly reporting. You approve everything in advance in your client portal. From Groei onwards we also reply to comments and you have a dedicated contact with a monthly strategy call.
What counts as one post or content item?
A content item is one original content concept. We adapt that concept smartly per platform. One campaign concept can therefore be published as an Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn version without you paying for three entirely new campaigns.
Do you publish the content as well?
Yes. We schedule and publish the content at the agreed moments, after you have approved it. You do not have to post anything yourself. Publishing happens through a connected publishing tool or manually by our team.
Do I have to supply photos or videos myself?
Your own footage works best, so we ask you for photos and videos of your work, team and projects. If you do not have any, we work with existing assets, stock material and visuals we design ourselves. For new footage you can book a shoot.
Are photo and video shoots included?
No. Shoots on location are not part of Zichtbaar, Groei or Impact. You book them separately: a shoot of about 2 hours costs € 449, a half content day € 649 and a full video day from € 995, excluding VAT.
Can you reply to comments?
In Zichtbaar we monitor comments and flag what matters. In Groei we reply up to twice a week and in Impact up to three times a week, within the scope we agree in advance. If you want daily community management, you choose the Community Plus add-on or Agency+.
Do you manage my DMs as well?
In Impact we do DM triage: we spot and categorise messages, answer standard questions from approved templates and pass commercial or support questions on to you. Full inbox and sales management is a separate add-on from € 249 per month, or part of Agency+.
Is advertising budget included?
No. You pay the advertising budget directly to the platform from your own ad account. Our fee is purely for managing the campaigns. That way you keep full control and there are no hidden costs.
Can you manage Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok Ads?
Yes, as a separate service alongside your subscription. Meta Ads starts at € 349 per month, Google Ads at € 399, TikTok Ads at € 449 and LinkedIn Ads at € 599. We charge the fixed fee or 15% of the advertising budget, whichever is higher. Each platform has a one-off setup and a recommended minimum budget.
How long am I tied to a subscription?
The initial term is 3 months, so the strategy has time to work. After that your subscription can be cancelled monthly with one month's notice. If you choose annual payment, the subscription runs for 12 months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
You can upgrade at any time and it takes effect immediately; we settle the difference pro rata. Downgrading is possible from the first billing period after the minimum term. You arrange this with your dedicated contact.
How does content approval work?
You see every content item in advance in your client portal, with its image, text, hashtags and publication date. With one click you approve it or request a change. We publish nothing without your approval.
How many revisions are included?
Zichtbaar includes one revision round per content batch. Groei and Impact include two. Larger changes of direction after approval are discussed with you in advance.
Can you manage several companies or locations?
Yes. For several brands, locations or languages we put together an Agency+ team and monthly retainer, from € 1,250 per month excluding VAT. We agree in advance how much content, how many channels and how many approvers are needed.
What happens if I need more content?
Then you extend with add-ons, for example four extra posts for € 149 per month or an extra channel for € 99 per month. If you structurally need more, a higher package is usually better value. We will tell you so honestly.
Are prices including or excluding VAT?
All amounts are business prices excluding 21% VAT. For every package we also show the amount including VAT, so you know what leaves your account.
What is Agency+?
Agency+ is our tailored option from € 1,250 per month. You choose it for more than four channels, daily content, several locations or brands, extensive community and DM management, lead generation, influencer marketing or several advertising channels. We then put together a team and retainer for your situation.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. With annual payment you pay for eleven months instead of twelve, so you effectively get one month free. For Zichtbaar that is € 3,839 per year, for Groei € 6,589 and for Impact € 9,889, excluding VAT.
Are there onboarding costs?
The one-off onboarding costs € 199 and covers the intake, audience and brand analysis, analysis of your profiles, content structure, templates, setting up your portal and the first content plan. During a running introductory offer these costs are waived.
Do you use AI for content?
We use AI to speed up research, idea generation and production. Strategy, brand safety and the final check stay a human responsibility. No item reaches you without a person having reviewed it.
