Who we work for
Social media for dentists and dental practices
A new patient chooses a dentist on trust, not on price. We make content that shows your practice, your team and your way of working, within the rules that apply to dental care.

Sound familiar?
This is what we often hear
People put off making an appointment because they dread sitting in your chair for the first time.
Online, your practice is hard to tell apart from every other practice in town.
You are unsure what you may say about treatments without breaching the professional rules.
Vacancies for assistants and dental hygienists stay open for a long time.
Our approach
What we do for you in practice
- 01
Practice content that lowers the barrier
We show how a first appointment goes, who you meet at the desk and what the treatment room looks like, so the unfamiliarity that feeds fear disappears.
- 02
Explaining treatments in plain language
Root canal treatment, a crown, an implant or braces: we translate your professional information into understandable posts and short videos, without promises about the outcome.
- 03
Checking against the professional rules
We check every piece of content for truthfulness and for the absence of comparative claims about other practices, in line with the rules the KNMT applies to public communication.
- 04
Permission for patient images
We only use images of patients with explicit written permission, recorded per piece of content. When in doubt we choose images of the team or an illustration.
- 05
Local findability around the practice
Your Google Business Profile, opening hours, emergency information and reviews match what you show on social media, so the picture is consistent everywhere.
- 06
Recruitment content for the practice
For vacancies for assistants, prevention assistants and dental hygienists we make content that shows your practice as an employer, with the working atmosphere and the support as its core.

- Transparent reporting in your portal
- No hidden advertising costs
In dental care, marketing is bound by professional rules. The KNMT applies rules under which public communication has to be truthful, must not give a misleading picture and must not contain comparative claims about other dentists. In practice that means: no suggestion that a treatment is painless, no promise about the result of an implant or a veneer, and no persuasive language that suggests your practice is demonstrably better than the one down the road. On top of that, dental tariffs in the Netherlands are set by the Dutch Healthcare Authority, so price is rarely the distinguishing argument. What you can show is how you work: your approach with anxious patients, the explanations you give beforehand, how you can be reached in an emergency and the people behind the practice.
The second point of attention is visual material. Photos of teeth or of a patient in the chair are health data and therefore fall under the strictest category of the GDPR. Before-and-after images may not simply be shared, not even anonymously cropped, without explicit permission that specifically covers publication on social media. We record that permission per piece of content and otherwise work with team content, practice images and animation. No recognisable patient or diary may be visible in the background of a spontaneous shot either.
Finally, the goal differs per practice. Practices that are not taking on new patients gain nothing from content that attracts them; for them the value lies in keeping existing patients engaged, fewer no-shows through good information, and above all in recruiting staff in a tight labour market. Practices that are growing focus instead on the group that is not insured for cosmetic treatments or orthodontics, where the choice is made much more on trust and impression. We set that direction in the strategy stage, so the content calendar matches what your practice really needs.
Direct answers to your questions
- What does social media for dentists cost?
- For a dental practice, social media starts at € 349 per month (Zichtbaar, up to 2 platforms and 8 content items), € 599 per month (Groei, up to 3 platforms and 12 content items) or € 899 per month (Impact, up to 4 platforms and 16 content items). On top of that there is a one-off € 199 onboarding. All amounts exclude Dutch VAT; advertising management is a separate service.
- What does a social media agency do for dentists?
- A social media agency translates your treatments into understandable content, makes practice and team content that lowers the barrier, guards the professional rules for public communication and arranges permission for visual material. It also takes care of your vacancy content and the link with your Google Business Profile.
- What is included?
- Strategy, content calendar, copywriting, image editing, publishing, profile optimisation, a check against the professional rules and a monthly report in the client portal. You approve every item in advance; nothing is published without your agreement.
- Which businesses is this suitable for?
- For dental practices, orthodontic practices, dental hygienist practices and implantology clinics, both for practices looking for new patients and for practices that are full and mainly want to recruit staff.
- When can you expect results?
- Profiles and rhythm are in place within the first month. Recognition in your catchment area and more responses to vacancies usually come after 2 to 3 months. New patient registrations follow later, because people only switch at a natural moment.
- Which KPIs do you measure?
- Reach and engagement per type of content, profile visits, clicks to the appointment form, calls and route requests from your Google Business Profile, and the number of responses to recruitment content.
