Who we work for

Social media for plumbers and emergency services

A leak cannot wait. We make sure you are the plumber people in your region think of at the moment things go wrong, and that they know where they stand.

Sound familiar?

This is what we often hear

  • In an emergency people call the first name they come across, and that is rarely yours.

  • Clients wonder what it is going to cost and hesitate to call because of it.

  • Your work sits behind walls and under floors, so there is little to show.

  • After the busy winter period the flow of enquiries dries up.

Our approach

What we do for you in practice

  1. 01

    Preparing for the emergency moment

We build recognition with content that runs all year, so your name is already familiar at the moment someone is standing in front of a leaking meter cupboard.

  2. 02

Clarity about call-out charges and rates

Content in which you explain your call-out charge, your hourly rate and how you work in an emergency removes the biggest hesitation before someone picks up the phone.

  3. 03

    Making the emergency service visible

Your availability in the evening, at weekends and on public holidays appears in regular content and on your Google Business Profile, including the number people should call then.

  4. 04

A content calendar built on the seasons

Frost damage and frozen pipes in winter, gutters and outside taps in spring, ventilation and drains in summer: we are visible early instead of during the peak.

  5. 05

    Showing certification and accreditation

If you hold the legally required certification for working on gas-fired appliances or a trade association membership, we work that into your profile and content as a verifiable signal of trust.

  6. 06

    Reviews and recruiting engineers

We help you ask satisfied clients for a review and make content that shows your business as an employer for plumbers and engineers.

With an acute leak or blockage, almost everyone searches at that very moment: people type 'emergency plumber' with the name of their town and call one of the first results. Social media does not win that search, and it would be unfair to claim otherwise. What social media does do is influence the moment before: someone who has been seeing your business in their local timeline for months chooses the name they recognise sooner in an emergency and clicks through to your Google Business Profile more readily. That is why with plumbing businesses we steer on recognition and on the link between social media and your business profile, with opening hours, emergency number and recent reviews that match what you show online.

The second peculiarity of this trade is that the result is often invisible: a replaced pipe sits behind the wall, and unblocking a drain does not photograph well. What does work is explanation: how you trace a leak without opening up a whole wall, what the difference is between a blockage inside the house and in the municipal sewer, what happens when a water pipe in an unheated space freezes, and why the bill for an emergency on a Sunday evening is different from one on a Tuesday morning. In this trade, that openness about call-out charges and rates removes more resistance than any attractive photo, because distrust about the price is the biggest barrier.

Finally, the regulations here are concrete. Work on gas-fired appliances in the Netherlands is subject to a legal certification requirement; only certified businesses may carry out that work and they are listed in the national register. If your business holds that certification, it is a verifiable signal of trust that belongs in your profile and in content about central heating work. We only include such accreditation if you can demonstrably show it, and we never phrase guarantees about turnaround time or price that you cannot deliver in practice.

Direct answers to your questions

What does social media for plumbers cost?
For a plumbing business, social media starts at € 349 per month (Zichtbaar, up to 2 platforms and 8 content items), € 599 per month (Groei, up to 3 platforms and 12 content items) or € 899 per month (Impact, up to 4 platforms and 16 content items), plus a one-off € 199 onboarding. Amounts exclude Dutch VAT and exclude advertising management.
What does a social media agency do for plumbers?
A social media agency builds local recognition for the moment there is an emergency, makes content explaining breakdowns and rates, keeps the content calendar in step with the seasonal peaks and makes sure your Google Business Profile and social media give the same picture.
What is included?
Strategy, a content calendar around the season and the emergency service, copywriting, processing of your own photos and videos, publishing, profile optimisation and a monthly report in the client portal. Guidance on reviews and recruitment content are part of the plan.
Which businesses is this suitable for?
For plumbing businesses, drain unblocking businesses and sanitary or roofing specialists with their own service area, from a one-person business to a company with several vans and its own emergency service.
When can you expect results?
The profile and rhythm are in place within the first month. Local recognition builds up over 2 to 3 months. Because emergency work depends on the weather and the season, we assess the effect over a period of at least a quarter.
Which KPIs do you measure?
Local reach and engagement, profile visits, website clicks and above all the actions on your Google Business Profile: calls, route requests and clicks to the website. With recruitment content we measure the number of responses.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about plumbers

Does social media really bring us emergency jobs?
Not directly: in an acute emergency people search at that moment. Social media makes sure your name is already familiar and that your business profile is accurate, which makes them choose you sooner.
We have hardly any time to take photos. Is it still possible?
Yes. We work with short briefs for while you are out, for example three photos per job on your phone, and together with explanatory content and text posts we turn that into a full month.
Are you allowed to show a client's home?
Only with the resident's permission and without recognisable details such as a house number or nameplate. Often we film only the work itself, so the home cannot be identified.
Can you mention our accreditation or certification?
Yes, as long as you can demonstrably show it. We only include accreditation you actually hold, for example the certification for working on gas-fired appliances.
Do you also help us get more reviews?
Yes, we set up a fixed moment at which your engineers ask for a review after finishing a job and make sure the link for it is easy to share. We never write or buy reviews.
