Do I still have to do anything myself if you manage my social media?

Very little. You approve content in the portal and occasionally send us photos or news. Everything around that, from planning to publishing and replies, is ours.

Can I choose which platforms you post on?

Yes. With Zichtbaar you choose up to 2 platforms, with Groei up to 3 and with Impact up to 4. We advise which channels deliver most for your audience.

Do you use my own photos or stock images?

Preferably your own material, supplemented with designs in your house style. For extra photography or video you can book a content day as an add-on.

How quickly do you reply to messages from my followers?

With basic monitoring we flag messages within one working day and agree with you how you want to reply. With the community management add-on we reply on your behalf within agreed response times.

Do I stay the owner of my accounts?

Always. We work through administrator rights or connected publishing tools. Your accounts, passwords and ad accounts stay yours.
