Who we work for
Social media for coaches and trainers
In coaching, you are the product. We help you build a recognisable personal brand with substantive content, so people choose you for your way of working and not for your rate.

Sound familiar?
This is what we often hear
Your profession has no protected title, so you have to build your credibility entirely yourself.
You post alternately as a company and as a person, which fragments your story.
Client stories are your strongest proof, but you cannot simply share them.
Sign-ups come in peaks and troughs, without a steady flow of enquiries.
Our approach
What we do for you in practice
- 01
Sharpening your positioning and view
We set out who you work for, which problem you solve and which conviction sets you apart, so every post is recognisably yours and not just any coach's.
- 02
Your personal profile as the main channel
In coaching, your personal LinkedIn profile usually performs better than a company page. We build around that and use the company page in support.
- 03
Content that shows your method
Instead of isolated insights we show how you work: which question you ask first, which pattern of thinking you often meet, how a programme is built up.
- 04
Handling client stories carefully
We only use clients' experiences anonymised or with written permission, and always without claims about a guaranteed result.
- 05
Two tracks: business and private
You reach employers who buy programmes differently from private clients who pay themselves. We separate those messages per channel instead of writing one text for everyone.
- 06
From follower to sign-up
We build a clear route to an introductory conversation, a webinar or a newsletter, so interest does not get stuck at a like.

In the Netherlands, coach is not a protected title: anyone may call themselves one. That makes your own evidence your most important marketing instrument, and it explains why potential clients are suspicious of big promises. What does set you apart is a demonstrable background: membership of a professional association for coaches, a registration as a career professional, your training, your work experience in the field you coach in. We only use what you can demonstrably show. Just as important is the boundary with healthcare: burnout, anxiety and low mood sit close to treatment, and you are not a registered healthcare practitioner. Content suggesting that you cure complaints or make a diagnosis is not only misleading but also damaging to your credibility. That is why we phrase things in terms of guidance, insight and method, and refer to a GP or a practitioner where needed.
The second question is proof. Your strongest story is a client's, but coaching is confidential and many people do not want it known that they see a coach, certainly not with a work-related programme. That is why we work with anonymised examples from practice in which recognisable details have deliberately been changed, or with a quote the client has given written permission for, for that specific use. An invented experience is not an option, not even as an illustration. If there is no permission yet, we let the proof come from your way of working itself: your approach, your questions, your material.
Finally, your business model determines the channel. If you coach private clients who pay themselves, Instagram or YouTube works well, because that is where people get to know someone before they dare to have a conversation; the decision takes a long time and needs a lot of repeated contact. If you sell programmes to employers, HR departments or through occupational health services, the centre of gravity is LinkedIn, with content about absence, development and leadership aimed at the buyer rather than the participant. Many coaches do both and use one tone for it, which rarely works. We split those two tracks in the content calendar.
Direct answers to your questions
- What does social media for coaches cost?
- For coaches and trainers, social media starts at € 349 per month (Zichtbaar, up to 2 platforms and 8 content items), € 599 per month (Groei, up to 3 platforms and 12 content items) or € 899 per month (Impact, up to 4 platforms and 16 content items), plus a one-off € 199 onboarding. All amounts exclude Dutch VAT.
- What does a social media agency do for coaches?
- A social media agency sharpens your positioning, builds your personal profile into a channel of authority, writes content that shows your method and creates a clear route from follower to introductory conversation. Client stories are only used anonymised or with permission.
- What is included?
- Positioning, content calendar, copywriting in your own tone, image and video editing, publishing, profile optimisation and a monthly report in the client portal. You approve every item in advance, so your personal voice is preserved.
- Which businesses is this suitable for?
- For independent coaches, career advisers, trainers and coaching practices with several coaches, both for those who guide private clients and for those who sell programmes to employers.
- When can you expect results?
- Your positioning and rhythm are in place within the first month. Visibility and responses usually grow from the second month. Because people only choose a coach once they trust you, sign-ups usually come after 3 to 6 months of consistent content.
- Which KPIs do you measure?
- Reach and engagement per content pillar, profile visits, growth in relevant followers, clicks to your calendar or sign-up page, and the number of requests for an introductory conversation.
